Yup, i am addicted.. with exercise
You can laugh.. hahaha
I do not believe it, too, before
But, i declare that I am addicted with exercise, consider that last two days, i miss the exercise..
The Last three weeks, i goes to Lyn studio and Moz5,once or twice a week for pilates and BL Exercise
First reason, i was bored that time, my activity only in front my laptop, goes to campus for teaching once a week, routine meeting once a week, sometime cooking or shopping that's all
Beside of that, a lot of stressful and emotional feelings drive me crazy.
So i tried to do something different, register for an activity which is i avoid before i know it. I think that it would be useless coz I've got a lot of my work task list.
And i realize now, i was wrong
i love exercise!
First week, it feel like the hell for me ( do not ever want to go there for real! )
But i am happy !
Even i am really tired, but i feel very happy everytime i finished my exercise or step on the stepper for 1000 times, or jump with jumping rope, then i go home and sees my self at the mirror.. smile and feel happy, forgot my anger or sadness.
i don't care with my number on scale, but i love dancing (tranditional dance) since i was kid, and i feel the same way with my exercise now
I read in some articles, there are five sports that make us feel happy, swimming, dancing, outdoor sports like rafting, bunggee jumping or parasailing, on foot and skipping. Exercise will improve mood caused by the body's serotonin pump that will restore the mood. And this is reinforced by statements from the Mental Health Foundation that exercise is an effective treatment for depression.
Exercise is something positive to do and will dispose of the negative feelings and help you feel better.
In addition, physical activity done regularly helps the circulatory system delivers oxygen and nutrients throughout the body and eliminate toxins.
It also improves skin conditions, reduces the risk of heart disease and high blood pressure and diabetes. Even mild exercise on a regular basis helps control weight and build and maintain strong bones and healthy.
